Backup allows you to secure data. Follow the below mentioned steps for taking a Backup of Quick Cheque Database.<\/p>\n

Lite Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The functionality of Backup and Restore can be used in Quick Cheque Premium & Enterprise Edition for securing your data. \u00a0You can contact our sales team\u00a0on support@quick-cheque.com<\/a>\u00a0in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.<\/p>\n

Premium Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Backup<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Steps to be followed to take Backup<\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Login to Quick Cheque<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.\n
      \n
    • Backup\u00a0Location <\/b> \u25ba Select a location for storing the data backup by clicking the button on the right side.<\/li>\n
    • Auto Backup\u00a0<\/b>\u25ba<\/b>This feature enables you to make an automatic backup of Quick Cheque database everyday when you login to Quick Cheque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Once you select a location click the Save\u00a0<\/span><\/em>button to the save the settings or the Backup button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Restore<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

      Steps to be followed to Restore Database<\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Login to Quick Cheque<\/span>.<\/li>\n
      2. Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.\n
          \n
        • Restore\u00a0Location<\/b> \u25ba Select a location of\u00a0an old database backup file\u00a0by clicking the button on the right side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Once you select a location click the Restore\u00a0<\/span><\/em>button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Enterprise Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

          1. Follow the same steps as for the Premium Edition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
