For issuing Stop Payment letters, you will first have to update the cheque status to Stop Payment by navigating to the Cheque Screen. Follow the below mentioned steps for\u00a0printing or reprinting Stop Payment Letters.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #4b088a;\">Lite Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This functionality is applicable to only Premium &amp; Enterprise Editions. You can contact our sales team\u00a0on <a href=\"mailto:support@quick-cheque.com\" target=\"_blank\">support@quick-cheque.com<\/a>\u00a0in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #4b088a;\">Premium Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Steps to be followed to Stop payment letters<\/span><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Login to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Quick Cheque<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navigate the the cheque screen by clicking the <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Cheque<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>button on the Home screen or clicking\u00a0Transactions \u2192 <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Cheques<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select the Cheque you want to issue stop payment by double clicking on the cheque record in the grid.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A screen will popup giving you the details of your issued Cheque. On top of the screen, click on <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Stop Payment<\/span><\/em> menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pop up window will open with the Stop Payment letter format.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Copy &amp; paste this text to a word document and make the necessary changes before printing it on your letterhead and sending it to the Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All the Stop payment letters are recorded separately in a screen.
