Make Sure that you have registration mail that you must have received at the time of registering Quick Cheque License. This mail will contain the necessary information such as the CD Key, User Name & Password which are required for Activating Quick Cheque.<\/p>\n

Kindly ensure that you are connected to the internet for performing the below steps and that you have taken a Data Backup of Quick Cheque in order safe guard your information.<\/p>\n

Lite Edition<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open Quick Cheque<\/span> on the first computer from which you would like to transfer the license.<\/li>\n
  2. Take a backup of Quick Cheque Database. See how to backup Quick Cheque by following the link Backup & Restore<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0on the QC logo<\/em><\/span> on the top left corner of Quick Cheque and select About Quick Cheque<\/span><\/em>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Surrender License<\/em><\/span> Button under the license info Tab. You can also copy the information such as the CD Key<\/span>, User Name<\/span> and Password<\/span><\/em> form this screen as a quick reference.<\/li>\n
  5. Quick Cheque will surrender the licenses and uninstall the license from that computer to make things ready for installation on the second computer.<\/li>\n
  6. Install Quick Cheque on the Second Computer using the installation files.<\/li>\n
  7. Restore the backup and you are ready to use quick cheque on the new computer.<\/li>\n
  8. Activate Quick Cheque using the information saved in Step 4.\u00a0See\u00a0How to Activate & Surrender Quick Cheque Licenses?<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0post.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
