The Cheque Book reports generally establishes the statistics of the cheque books. It gives you the number of cheques used, remaining, stopped, cancelled,returned from your cheque book. In order to view all the cheque books in report you can select the <em>select all<\/em> check box from the drop down menu and if you want the report for a particular cheque book you can select that cheque book number from the drop down menu and click submit.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"color: #0b2161;\">Cheque Listing Reports<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navigate to Reports\u00a0Menu and click <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Cheque Listing<\/span><\/em>. Cheques Report generally displays the status of the cheques which were used from your cheque book. This report not only displays the issued cheque, but also the other statuses like Drafted, Stop Payment, Returned ,Cancelled and Reprinted. This report contains a table which gives the cheque number, cheque date, party name, status, remarks and the amount.You can follow the below mentioned steps to\u00a0generate an Bank Transactions\u00a0report\u00a0in Quick Cheque,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select the<strong> Cheque Book #<\/strong> from the dropdown menu,You can also select multiple cheque book numbers at a time<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select the <strong>Party Name<\/strong>. More than one party name can also be selected if required.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select the <strong>Cheque status<\/strong> from dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Select the <strong>From<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>ToDate<\/strong> which determines the time period. The reports will be generated for only this interval.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you select all the fields click submit button in order to generate reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"color: #0b2161;\">PDC Listing<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navigate to Reports\u00a0Menu and click <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">PDC Listing<\/span><\/em>. PDC listing categories the list of Post Dated Cheques. These cheques were\u00a0printed for a date in future. PDC Listing can be generated by selecting the Account # from the dropdown menu. If you want to generate a report of all PDC from each and every account you can select, the <em>select all<\/em> check box from dropdown menu. The PDC Report contains the information such as the Account #, Cheque No, Cheque Date, Amount and Days to go of a post dated cheque. It also displays the name of the party for whom the cheques were issued.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><span style=\"color: #0b2161;\">Invoice Report<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Navigate to Reports<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<\/span>Menu and click <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Invoice Report<\/span><\/em>. Invoice report displays all the invoice details entered in the cheque screen. A single cheque can contain multiple invoices.\u00a0You can follow the below mentioned steps to\u00a0generate an Invoice report\u00a0in Quick Cheque,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>C<\/strong><strong>heque Book Number<\/strong> or numbers for those you need to generate an Invoice Report. Quick Cheque provides you with an option to select multiple Cheque book Numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Party Name<\/strong> for whom these PDC cheques were issued.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the time interval for which the reports are to be generated. Select the<strong> From and To Date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You can enter the <strong>Cheque number<\/strong> if required.<\/li>\n<li>Once all these fields are selected click submit button in order to generate reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report displays the\u00a0Cheque\u00a0Book numbers, Names of the Party,\u00a0From and To Date, Report Run Date and Report Run By in the header part of the report.
