If the customer deposit\/withdrawal the money he gets a receipt for that transaction from the banker. In case he wants to enquire regarding his transaction is successful he can use this voucher as a proof to enquire\u00a0in bank and he can get the updates on his transaction. It is also named as payment voucher.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Steps to be followed to\u00a0print a Voucher<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Login to Quick Cheque with the user having privileges to\u00a0print voucher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Navigate to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Transactions<\/span>\u00a0menu and click <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Voucher\u00a0<\/span>button.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A list of existing voucher will be opened up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you would like to print a voucher for particular cheque number, double click on that number and \u00a0voucher gets\u00a0printed accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There is a print button\u00a0on the grid. You can \u00a0also use\u00a0this button to print voucher you selected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The voucher normally contains\u00a0fields like Amount, Paid To, Sum of the Amount in Words, Cheque #, Bank, Date and the space for signing authorities such as Prepared by, Approved by and Received by.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Using the grid<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Grid is something which you will see on almost all screens of Quick Cheque. This primarily provides a listing of all data or records existing in Quick Cheque corresponding to a screen. On the grid you can see a button called Email. Through this option the voucher can be sent to the customer through email. Click on button Email and\u00a0the voucher gets saved as a pdf and click send button.
