Either he would deposit money in his\/others account, or he withdraws money from the account. \u00a0You can follow the below mentioned steps to add a transaction \u00a0in Quick Cheque.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #4b088a;\">Lite Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This functionality is applicable to only Premium &amp; Enterprise Editions. You can contact our sales team\u00a0on <a href=\"mailto:support@quick-cheque.com\" target=\"_blank\">support@quick-cheque.com<\/a>\u00a0in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #4b088a;\">Premium Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Steps to be followed to add a Transaction\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to Quick Cheque with the user having privileges to add\u00a0transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Transactions<\/span>\u00a0menu and click the <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Transaction\u00a0<\/span><\/em>button. A list of existing Transactions\u00a0will open up.<\/li>\n<li>You can click <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Add<\/span> <\/em>button to create a new transaction\u00a0or double click any of the listed templates so as to Edit them. In either case, a\u00a0pop up window opens asking for the inputs for adding\u00a0the transaction\u00a0in Quick Cheque. Kindly note that the mandatory fields are having a <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">Yellow Background<\/span>\u00a0and must be entered in order to save the Transactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Party Name\u00a0\u25ba\u00a0<\/strong>Select the party name for whom the transaction is to be done. The cheque will be issued to the party you select. By selecting the Account #, Bank name gets filled up automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reference #\u00a0<\/strong>\u25ba Enter a reference # in order to keep a track for the transactions\u00a0you make. This field is not mandatory but still you can add it if you wish to, so that it provides extra information on the transaction you make.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Amount and Date\u00a0\u25ba\u00a0<\/strong>Enter the Amount and Date for the transaction you make. Kindly enter the Amount with extra care.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transaction Type\u00a0\u25ba\u00a0<\/strong>Select the type of transaction you want to do for this party. It can be as cash, other cheque, DD, wire transfer and others.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Print Voucher<\/strong> \u25ba This checkbox lets you to create payment\/receipt voucher for the bank transactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remarks \u25ba<\/strong>You can capture any other key information that has been missed and you would want to record, mention it in the Remarks field.<\/li>\n<li>Once all the entries are made, click <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Save\u00a0<\/span><\/em>button to save the Transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Using the grid<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A Grid is something which you will see on almost all screens of Quick Cheque. This primarily provides a listing of all data or records existing in Quick Cheque corresponding to a screen.\u00a0You can edit the transaction by using edit button on the grid or by double clicking on a particular row you want to edit.
