Multiple cheques can be printed using Batch Printing at a time. The cheques created in batches or cheques added in cheque screen can be printed using batch printing.\u00a0For instance, you may require 12 cheques for house rent, 30 cheques for your car loan and 15 cheques for some other purpose, in such cases batch printing helps you to print cheques in bulk. To print cheques in bulk follow the steps given below.<\/p>\n

Lite\u00a0Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

This functionality is applicable to only Premium & Enterprise Editions. You can contact our Sales Team\u00a0on support@quick-Cheque.com<\/a> \u00a0in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.<\/p>\n

Premium Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Steps to be followed to\u00a0create a Batch Printing<\/span><\/h4>\n

  1. Login to Quick Cheque with the user having privileges to\u00a0create a batch printing.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Transactions<\/span>\u00a0menu and click\u00a0Batch Printing<\/span><\/em> button.<\/li>\n
  3. A screen opens in which you have to select\u00a0the inputs to\u00a0create Batch printing.<\/li>\n
  4. Select a cheque book for which you wish to create batch printing from the drop down menu. Cheque template will be automatically selected when you select a particular cheque book.<\/li>\n
  5. You can select the F<\/strong>rom <\/strong>and To Date<\/strong> to view\u00a0the drafted cheques during that period of time.<\/li>\n
  6. Printer settings can be changed by using printer setting button on the screen. Printer orientation and alignment of the paper can be changed if required.<\/li>\n
  7. You can also change your fonts\u00a0if you wish to do so.<\/li>\n
  8. Place the physical cheques in the printer.<\/li>\n
  9. The screen will list you all the drafted cheques. You can either print all by clicking on Print All<\/span><\/em> Button.<\/li>\n
  10. If you want to print selected records,you can select the checkbox on the records you want to print,\u00a0then click on Print Selected<\/span><\/em> Button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Enterprise Edition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Follow the same steps as for the Premium Edition.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
