Backup allows you to secure data. Follow the below mentioned steps for taking a Backup of Quick Cheque Database.

Lite Edition

The functionality of Backup and Restore can be used in Quick Cheque Premium & Enterprise Edition for securing your data.  You can contact our sales team on [email protected] in case you are using the Free or Lite Edition and would like to upgrade it.

Premium Edition

Backup

Steps to be followed to take Backup

  1. Login to Quick Cheque.
  2. Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup. A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.
    • Backup Location ► Select a location for storing the data backup by clicking the button on the right side.
    • Auto Backup This feature enables you to make an automatic backup of Quick Cheque database everyday when you login to Quick Cheque.
  3. Once you select a location click the Save button to the save the settings or the Backup button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.

Restore

Steps to be followed to Restore Database

  1. Login to Quick Cheque.
  2. Navigate to Utilities Menu and click on Data Backup. A small pop up window opens asking for the below mentioned key inputs.
    • Restore Location ► Select a location of an old database backup file by clicking the button on the right side.
  3. Once you select a location click the Restore button to perform an immediate Backup of the database in the selected location.

Enterprise Edition

  1. Follow the same steps as for the Premium Edition.
